Frequently asked questions
The same answers for every tool. Each tool page adds only the details that are unique to that tool.
Are these tools free?
Yes. Every tool is free to use, with no sign-up, no account, and no usage limit.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open a tool and start. Nothing asks you to register or subscribe.
Is my work uploaded to a server?
No. Tools run in your browser on your device. Text, images, and documents are not sent to us. A tool may download a small helper (for example an OCR language model) from a public CDN the first time you need it — your files themselves stay local.
How do I find a tool?
Use Browse all tools, the category menus in the header, or the search button (keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd+K).
Do the tools work on a phone?
Yes. Layouts shrink for smaller screens. Heavy jobs such as OCR of large scans are slower on phones because the work happens on the device, not on a server.
